At The Nue Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, then securely seal the box with the new label attached.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
